Job Title: Head- Network Quality Job Level:SM/DGM

Function: Networks

Location : Circle

Reporting to : CTO

Purpose of the Job

Play value added roll to improve network quality and its linkages to Airtel’s overall Network enhancement..

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

Key Deliverables:

• Must have hands-on experience on 2G/3G & LTE. VoLTE will be additional benefit.
• Should have basic concept of various KPIs Accessibility/Retainibility and throughput
• Huawei and Ericsson system & RF Parameter knowledge required
• Strong enough to resolved customer complaints and business escalations
